Every proposal we ever wrote is in there now: the old decks, the pricing sheets, the scoping notes nobody could find. When a brief comes in I ask for a first draft against the three closest past jobs, and it comes back with the quotation attached, and the sources. What used to take a partner a weekend now takes an afternoon of editing.

I used to build the supplier order from last week's till reports and a feeling. Now I ask what we sold, by site and by day, against the weather and the school calendar, and it hands me Thursday's order list. The number comes with its source, so when a kitchen argues with it we are at least looking at the same screen.

We had an agency for search, another for content and a freelancer for the ads. Now Search tells us what dog owners are actually asking, GEO tells us what the assistants say when they ask about us, the content comes out in our voice and the campaigns arrive built and priced. Two of us run it from one screen. We let the agency go in the spring and only finance noticed.

LinkedIn is where our buyers are, and it used to be whoever had a spare hour. Now the Social calendar fills with drafts, the LinkedIn skill scores them against our voice, and someone approves before anything goes out. On the side we built a few agents that read the competition every morning, the product pages, the price lists, the job ads, and leave a note in the channel before the first sales call.

Every matter is in the pipeline now, from first call to final invoice, and the dashboard shows who is carrying what. I can see an associate is under water before they say so. Then we wrote our own finance agents on top of the billing exports, and they forecast the cash position a quarter out. The partners' meeting starts from that screen instead of ending at it.

Brand Marketing
We are a small brand with a very particular look, and the fear was that anything generated would look like everyone else. The brand guidelines went in first, and everything since is scored against them: the product copy, the campaign images, the short videos, the captions for six networks. The engine produces the month; we spend our time saying no to the pieces that are not us, and there are fewer of those each month.

Deliveries arrive in parts, suppliers invoice in their own rhythm, and the bank statement never agreed with the purchase ledger without someone giving up a Friday. Business Intelligence sits on the ERP export and the bank feed and matches them, and it lists what it could not match, with the reason. Finance starts Monday from the unmatched pile, not the whole statement.
