One set of cards, two ways to look.
Kanban. To Do, In Progress, Done. Every card carries its project, its brand, its dates, and its owner. Drag to reorder, drag to move.
Gantt. One switch, and the same cards become bars on a timeline, grouped by project. Click a bar to edit the task.
My tasks. The same board locked to what is assigned to you, with your TODAY card above it.
Today for you, done for the organization.
The TODAY card is personal: what is scheduled today or overdue, and nothing else. The DONE card is the organization’s throughput over a complete period, filtered by project, brand or person, and exported as a landscape PDF.
A card assigned to you arrives by mail. If it is still open, you get one reminder a day, counted, for at most seven days. Then it stops.
Four ways a card arrives.
From a finding
An agent flags a ranking drop. One click on Create task, and the card is on the board with the finding’s text and a suggested owner.
From a deal
Every open deal carries a next step. That step is a card here, due on the step date, owned by the deal owner. Close the deal and the card goes.
From a validation request
Send an asset to a colleague and a card appears on their board. A new version reopens it. The decision closes it.
From you
Add task, name it, date it, give it an owner. A recurrence if it comes back every week. A predecessor if it can’t start before another ends.
This is the point of the module. A report nobody opened changes nothing. A card with an owner and a date gets done, or gets asked about at the next stand-up.
Five rules the board keeps for you.
Every role, including ours, sees only its own organization’s board. Projects group cards and can carry several brands.
Finish an overdue weekly task and the next one lands strictly after today, keeping its length. Daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly.
Yesterday, last week, last two weeks, last month. Weeks end on Monday, so the running week is never counted early.
The DONE report is computed on the server from the caller’s own scope, so the file can only hold tasks that person could see.
An assignment mail, then one reminder a day for at most seven days, in the language of the interface, dressed in the brand when the task carries one.
The same data, one door over.
Nothing here is an integration. These run on the same account, the same brand, the same ledger, so a finding on one page becomes work on the next.
Not built yet, said first
- The Gantt is a timeline with one predecessor per task. No baselines, no critical path, no slip prediction.
- No timesheets, no capacity planning, no budget against actuals.
- Three fixed statuses. No custom columns and no work-in-progress limits.
The catalog lists every agent as built, partial, or not built. Checked against the product on September 3, 2026.
