Dedicated hosting
Your own instance, in your region.
For a company with a data residency rule, a regulator, or a procurement department that asks about tenancy in the first meeting. A single-tenant deployment where you choose the region, with the data boundary written down and an uptime commitment with a remedy.

Most companies don’t need this.
The standard product already isolates organizations, brands, and users in code. Dedicated hosting is for when the rule is geographic or contractual.
The data must sit in one country, or the contract must name a single tenant. Most buyers, including ones with an IT review, are fine with the standard product. What it does with your data is on Security.
What changes, and what doesn’t
Your organization runs on infrastructure nobody else shares, in the region you name. Backups stay in that region. The model gateway, the ledger, and the approval gates are the same as the standard product, so moving is a configuration change, not a migration. Your team, your roles, and your URL don’t change either.
Pick the ground. Only model calls leave.
Illustrative. Regions and providers are named in the contract.
What leaves the instance
Model calls, through the gateway, to the providers you’ve approved, with the minimum data needed for the call. Nothing else. The list of providers and what each receives is part of the contract, and you can restrict it.
In the contract, with a reduction on the next hosting invoice if we miss it. That allows under nine hours a year.
What you get in the contract.
The region
Named in the contract. EU or US today, others on request. Backups stay in it.
The provider list
Which model providers the gateway may call, and what each receives. You can restrict it.
Uptime
A monthly commitment of 99.9 percent, which allows under nine hours a year, with a reduction on the next hosting invoice if we miss it.
Access and exit
Who on our side can reach the instance (two named engineers, every session logged), and a full export of your data if you leave.
If a vendor only offers the uptime number on a slide, ask for it in the contract. Ours is in the contract.
Two weeks to provision, then a monthly line.
The rest of your bill doesn’t change: money in a wallet, spent on tokens, storage and data.

Same product. Your ground.
Bring the residency rule or the procurement questionnaire to the call. We answer it line by line, and the contract carries the answers.
No subscription. No seat fee. Money in a wallet, spent on tokens, storage and data, and your balance never expires.
