Modules / Sales
A pipeline that knows what happens next, and what it will pay.
Every open deal carries a next step and a date, or the board says so. Won deals become billing lines. Billing lines, payroll and overheads become a P&L and a cash-flow chain that reaches forward. All of it in your reference currency, with a second one shown beside it.

Demo workspace. Invented brand and figures.
Three views of the same deals.

Pipeline. Lead, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed. Won and lost stay on the board for 30 days, then leave it and stay in the numbers.

Dashboard. Open and weighted pipeline, won in the period, win rate, dropped. Dropped leads never count as a competitive loss.

Clients. Clients and suppliers in one table, each with its contacts, its open deals and what it has paid over its lifetime.
Everything about a deal on one page.

Stage
A stepper, not a dropdown
Lead, proposal, negotiation, then won, lost or dropped. Every move is a dated event on the timeline.
Next step
Pinned, with a date
Every open deal must carry a next step and a date. The board shows a red dot when it is overdue or when the deal has gone quiet past the threshold you set.
Timeline
Activities and moves, in order
Calls, mails, meetings, stage changes, one chronological thread. Quick-add from the deal page.
Proposal
The PDF, on the deal
Attach the proposal to the deal, up to 50 megabytes, verified as a real PDF, replaced in place.

What a won deal pays, month by month.
Nothing here is stored as a total. Every figure is computed from the lines when you open the page, so the P&L and the cash chain can never disagree with the deals underneath them. Finance roles only.
Lines
Billing lines
Created from a won deal or by hand. Pending, billed, paid: the status is computed, never typed.
Team
Payroll
Each person’s monthly cost from start and end dates, base, social, and medical. Freelancers counted their own way.
Costs
Overheads and payables
Repeat an overhead until a month and each month stays editable. Vendor payables sit beside them.
P&L
Twelve columns
Income on an accrual basis, costs, gross margin per client. Pick the year.
Cash
The chain
Opening cash, collections, costs, capital movements, closing cash. Actuals for past months, forecast ahead.

P&L. Twelve months, income against costs, margin per client.

Cash flow. Opening, collections, costs, capital, closing. Actuals, then forecast.
Frozen when it counts, shown in two currencies always.
Every amount is stored with its currency and its value in your reference currency. Open and unpaid rows follow the rate table; closed and paid rows never move again. Change the reference currency and everything re-anchors. Pick a second currency and it is printed next to every figure.
Five currencies
US dollar, euro, yuan, Hong Kong dollar, Australian dollar.
One rate table
Kept on the platform, not typed per deal.
Stale, in days
Set the threshold once. The red dot does the rest.
The same data, one door over.
Nothing here is an integration. These run on the same account, the same brand, the same ledger, so a finding on one page becomes work on the next.
Not built yet, said first
- No quote or proposal generator on the deal page. It was retired on September 1, 2026, and is offered tailor-made on request.
- No customer invoicing. Billing lines track what is due and paid; the invoice itself comes from your accounting tool.
- No lead scoring, price book, commissions or territories.
The catalog lists every agent as built, partial, or not built. Checked against the product on September 3, 2026.
Usage is metered in tokens from a prepaid wallet, with no seat fee. The rates are on thepricing page.
Import the pipeline, and the next step column fills itself.
Switch on Sales, set your reference currency, and give every open deal a next step. The board keeps you honest from there.
No subscription. No seat fee. No card needed to request an account.
