Before you start
The Intelligence audit measures where you stand and says which function to switch on first. Its fee comes off onboarding if you start within 30 days. If a residency rule is part of the decision, Dedicated hosting answers it before you sign.
The first month
Onboarding gets the first function running in a week. Data integration takes over when the data is more than an afternoon’s work. Training shows each person their own job with the product in it.
Once it’s running
Managed operations puts a named operator on the account. Custom features builds the step the catalog doesn’t cover. Premium Support puts the response times in the contract.

Every service is a fixed price, quoted before the work starts, and none of it draws on your wallet.
What the agents run is metered in tokens under your caps; that part is on pricing.
