Intelligence Layer

One account, one ledger, one agent layer. The modules are what you switch on.

Platform overview
The AI Intelligence Layer

One intelligence layer under every module: the same data, the same agents, the same ledger, whichever function you switch on.

  • One layer, every module
  • Shared data and agents
  • Every run on one ledger

The Architecture

One account carries every brand you run. Modules are switched on per brand, and every run lands in the same ledger.

  • One account, many brands
  • Modules toggle per brand
  • A single billing ledger

The agent layer

Three kinds of agent. Watchers notice, drafters produce, and Ask Intelligence answers from your own numbers.

  • Watchers run on a schedule
  • Drafters wait for sign-off
  • Answers carry their source

AI Assistance

Work with the AI directly

Ask Intelligence

Ask a business question in plain words. It reads your own data through read-only tools scoped to the brand, and answers with the real figure or says the data is not there.

  • Fifteen read-only tools
  • Scope enforced in code
  • Never invents a number
Go to Ask Intelligence
Playground

A direct chat with the models your administrator allows. No brand data: the model sees the conversation, your files and your instructions.

  • Compare three models side by side
  • Files in, documents out
  • The price under every answer

Agents

Three kinds of agent do the standing work: watchers notice, drafters produce, and nothing ships until someone with the role signs.

  • Watchers run on a schedule
  • Drafters wait for sign-off
  • Every run lands on the ledger
Go to Agents
Skills

How a brief is built, how a campaign is structured, what a decent article looks like — the craft of the people who built this, shipped as the default setting.

About

Why this was built, who is behind it, what it has done for the companies running it, and how to run it well.

About BearingBridge
Why we built it?

What a company can do has been capped by who it could afford to hire. That cap is the thing that moved.

  • Capability, not headcount
  • Written, not benchmarked
  • No lock-in claim

Who is behind BearingBridge?

Who built this, what it is independent of, and why that independence is worth stating out loud.

  • Model-independent
  • No data resale
  • Named people behind it

How we run the work

The six-phase method every account is built on: a written bearing, a dated baseline, a pilot on real data, and a fix that reconciles the money.

  • A kill criterion, in writing
  • Costs watched as they run
  • An ending without us

No subscription. No seat fee. No minimum. You put money in your wallet and spend it when an agent does a job for you.

How it works

Three sentences, and that is the whole model.

  1. Fund

You put money in your wallet.

Dollars, in whatever amount you choose. No currency of ours to buy first, no package to pick.

  2. Spend

Everything you use draws on it.

Tokens for the models, storage for what you keep, paid data where a source charges for it. You see what an action spends before or as it runs. No estimate, no invoice at the end of the month.

  3. Top up

When the wallet runs low, you add more.

Nothing renews on its own unless you switch on auto top-up.

  4. Keep

    Your balance does not expire.

You paid it in, so it is yours until you spend it. A month or three years.

Seats

Everyone can have an account. Accounts are free.

We do not charge per user, so there is no argument about who gets a login. Put the whole team in.

A person reading reports costs you nothing. Cost starts when somebody asks an agent to do something.

What a seat costs

0

Per user, per month, at every headcount. Only work a person asked for spends a token.

What things cost

You see the price before you run it.

We do not publish a rate card, and that is deliberate. Model prices move, sometimes overnight, so a table on a marketing page is wrong within a month. A wrong price is worse than no price.

So the price lives where the decision is made. Image and video quote before they run; everything else prices itself as it runs. The number on screen is the number charged.

The machine's own mistakes are on us.

An agent retrying, a run dying halfway, a tool it reached for itself: our cost. You pay for work you asked for and got.

A watcher that finds nothing changed does not charge you either. It compares the snapshots first, so a quiet week costs close to nothing.

Control

Four caps and a balance.

Five stops, every one a number you set. Nothing spends past them, including the agents.

  • Your balance

You cannot spend money you have not put in.

    What you put in

  • A daily cap per person

So one enthusiastic afternoon cannot empty the wallet.

    Your number

  • A monthly cap for the organization

Your ceiling for the month, set by you.

    Your ceiling

  • A draw limit per person on the shared wallet

When several people share one balance and you want a floor left for the rest.

    Your floor

  • A monthly budget per agent

Give the content engine three hundred dollars a month and it gets three hundred dollars a month.

    Per agent

  • Optional

    Auto top-up

A cooldown, a daily limit, and a latch that stops after an error, so a runaway job cannot sit there charging your card.

    CooldownDaily limitError latch
Running out

A zero balance stops the AI. It does not lock you out.

Your data stays visible. Every report, ranking, article, deal, and record is still there to read and export.

What stops is new AI work, until you top up. We will not hold your own numbers hostage over a lapsed balance.

Questions

Questions people ask.

Three that come up on nearly every call. If yours is not here, the demo is a conversation.

No. It stays in your wallet until you use it. Take a quiet quarter and your money is still there.

Image and video quote before they run, and everything else prices itself as it runs. Past that, the caps above are there for the accident you have not thought of yet.

No. No minimum spend, no minimum term, no minimum seats.

SPEC / One more question belongs here — whether the price changes if you pick a different model. It stays off the page until the override repricing decision is made.
