The most common request so far is a connector to a system we’d never heard of, and often the one that matters most to the company asking.

Scope first. You approve it. We build it, test it on your data, and switch it on under your caps. A typical agent takes two to four weeks from signed scope to first run; a connector, less. The scope gives the actual figure.
Nothing about it is a side project.
Same gateway
The custom agent calls models through the same governed gateway, with the same provider list you approved.
Same ledger
Its runs land in the same ledger with the same price on screen before they run.
Same gates
It publishes nothing without an approval. Your IT review covers it already.

What you own, and what we won’t build.
What you own
The job description and the configuration are yours. Maintenance for the first year is in the price; after that, it’s a line on Premium Support. If the agent would be useful to other companies, we ask whether we can add it to the catalog. If you say yes, we maintain it for everyone and your data stays yours. If you say no, it stays with you.
What we need from you
A person who knows the process and can answer questions for the length of the build. Sample data we can test against.
What we don’t build
Anything that spends or publishes without a person approving it. Anything that reads data you don’t own. We’ll say no on the scoping call rather than quietly leave it out.
Scoped, then fixed.
Quoted before the build starts, and it doesn’t draw on the wallet.
What the agent runs afterward is metered in tokens under your caps, like any other agent.
