Intelligence audit
What the assistants say about you, on paper.
For a company deciding whether to start, and with what. A fixed-price review, delivered in ten working days, of where you rank, what the AI assistants answer when a buyer asks about your category, and which function to switch on first. Run by the same team that built the GEO function.

Questionsthirty to fifty, per market
Assistantsfour, answers dated and kept
Marketsup to three in the base price
Pricefixed, deducted from onboarding
Four assistants, the same questions.
We write the questions a buyer in your category asks, thirty to fifty of them depending on how many markets, in each market and language you sell in. We put them to the four assistants and record the answers, with the sources each one cites, as dated screenshots. We check your search positions for the same questions.
If you open a system to us
With read-only access we check what your data can already support, and the access is revoked when the report ships. Without it, we say so and skip that part.

The cyan bar stands for a mention of you. Most companies are surprised by the citations more than by the rankings, which they usually knew about.
Described from a page you stopped maintaining.
The usual first finding is that the assistants describe the company from a page it stopped maintaining two years ago. Drag the handle: on the left, what they read about you today; on the right, what they read once the audit’s list has been worked through.
Today
An old product page, last edited two years ago
Named in one answer out of four
After the list
Pages written for the questions buyers ask
Cited, with the date it was checked
Illustrative. No figure on this page is a measurement of yours.
Ten working days later, what you get.
Your baseline
How often you’re named and where in the answer. Which competitors appear in your place.
The citations
The pages the assistants cite when they describe your category, and whether any of them are yours.
Search positions
For the same questions, by market and language.
Where to start
A ranked list of which function to switch on first, with the reason next to each line.
The deliverable
Nobody gets a strategy deck. The deliverable is a set of measurements with a date on them, the same measurements the GEO function repeats every week once it’s running, and the same baseline Business Intelligence reports against later.
From you
A list of the competitors you measure yourself against. The markets and languages. An hour of someone’s time at the start, and an hour at the end to walk through the report.
Paid once, and it comes off the next step.
Fixed and paid once. Start within 30 days and the audit fee is deducted from onboarding.
The figure is quoted on the call. If the audit says don’t start yet, it says that too.
How the deduction reads
Bars are proportions for illustration, not prices. Onboarding has the rest.
The other things we do for you.

Measure first. Then decide.
Ask for the audit on the call. Ten working days later you have the numbers, and if you start within 30 days the fee comes off the onboarding price.
No subscription. No seat fee. Money in a wallet, spent on tokens, storage and data, and your balance never expires.
