Onboarding
Live in a week.
For a company that has opened an account and wants the first function running by Friday. A 90-minute guided session in the middle, a working week around it, and a run you approve on your own at the end. Budget caps are set before anything runs.

Five days, and what each one asks of you.
Day one
Kickoff
We set up the organization and the first brand. You fund the wallet, we set the caps per function, and the approval gates go on. Nothing can spend a cent or publish a line.
What happens
Organization and first brand created
Wallet funded, caps set per function
Approval gates switched on
Day two
Market foundation
The product reads your approved content, your competitors’ pages, and the markets and languages you named. Everything it says later starts from what it read today. You don’t need to be there.
What happens
Approved content read
Competitor pages read
Markets and languages set
Day three
Baseline, then the session
Morning: the first report. Where you rank, what the assistants say about you, what the pipeline looks like, so you have something to measure against later. Afternoon: the 90 minutes. We switch on the function you chose, you watch the first draft get produced, and you approve or reject it.

Days four and five
Assisted operation
Drafts start arriving. You decide on each one, and we’re on a shared channel to explain what the watchers found and why.

You run it
The shared channel stays open for 30 days. After that, support continues under your plan, or under Premium Support.

The document customers keep
The baseline report from day three is the one they open six months in, to see how far they’ve come.
If the data is scattered
Day two is when it shows. We sort it with you, or hand it to Data integration if it’s more than an afternoon’s work.
One call with one person who has done this before.
Your host has run the product for other companies in your line of work and knows where the first week usually snags. The two most common starting functions are Marketing and Business Intelligence, and the session is shaped around whichever one you chose at sign-up.
What you bring, and what you don’t.
What you bring
Brand materials, meaning the content you already approve of
The markets and languages you sell in
Google Ads access, if you’ll run the ads factory (skip it if it isn’t handy; ads can be switched on later)
For a Business Intelligence start, a read-only login to the systems you want connected
That’s the whole list
What you don’t bring
A prompt library
A playbook
Someone who already knows the trade
Hiring someone who already knows the trade is the usual reason these projects stall. Each agent in the catalog comes with its job written down: what it watches for and what it drafts. It does nothing until a person approves.
One fee, quoted before it starts.
A fixed price, quoted before kickoff. It’s a one-time fee and it doesn’t draw on your wallet.
What the agents run during the week is metered in tokens, like everything else, and the caps you set on day one keep it small. Ask for the figure on the demo; it’s the same for every company of your size.
Two lines on the invoice
The other things we do for you.
Last revised August 22, 2026
Friday is five days away.
Open the account, fund the wallet, and we schedule the kickoff from there. Or book a demo first and ask for the onboarding price on the call.
No subscription. No seat fee. Money in a wallet, spent on tokens, storage and data, and your balance never expires.
